How do I place an order?
Browse frames, pick your options and send the inquiry on WhatsApp. We send you a quotation. Confirm with 50% advance or full payment and we ship via Citypak.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes — use the Custom Orders page or WhatsApp us.
Which colours are available for each frame width?
Each profile width has its own colour set. The product page shows exactly what's available for the width you pick.
How do I send my photo for printing?
Add it to the inquiry on the product page, or send it on WhatsApp with your reference number.
What payment options do you accept?
50% advance or full payment. The balance must be settled before the parcel is handed to the courier.
How long does delivery take?
Usually ~5 business days island-wide via Citypak.
Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes, via Citypak courier.
Is glass included and how is it packed?
Glass is included where applicable. We add a safe-packing cost based on order size — this appears in your quotation.
Can you design the print for me?
Yes — pick the "Frame + Print + Design" option on the product page and share your notes.
